STEP ONE: Register and Pay for this year’s FIRST Registration ($350) via the FIRST Dashboard:

Hawaiʻi FIRST Robotics (HFR) is excited to welcome you to the start of the 2026–2027 FIRST Tech Challenge season, BIOBUZZ!

Join us on Saturday, September 12 at Le Jardin Academy as we kick off another exciting season of innovation, teamwork, and engineering. Whether you’re a returning team or brand new to FTC, this event is the perfect opportunity to learn about this year’s game, connect with the Hawaii FTC community, and get your season off to a great start.

Experienced Teams: Share Your Knowledge!

We’re inviting experienced FTC teams to lead mini breakout sessions and share helpful tips with newer teams. Topics might include robot building, programming, CAD, strategy, outreach, engineering portfolio, or anything else that helped your team succeed.

If your team is interested in presenting, please include your presentation topic when completing the RSVP form. Some possible topics can include: CAD, Mechanical, Software, Strategy, Portfolio, Awards Presentations, Fundraising, travel requirements, etc.)

Teams that lead on similar topics may be asked to present together, or we’ll contact you to ask whether you are interested in presenting on another topic. If you have more than 1 interested topic to present, you are welcome to list them all here.
