Help registering students & parents with FIRST

I am wondering about registering the students to my team. It looks like their parents have to create an account on the firstinspires.org website to register their child. Many of our families do not have internet access/devices to access the internet. Additionally, some do not speak English well enough to navigate the site. I am concerned that online registration may be a barrier that could prevent some of our students from participating. Is there a hard copy of the registration form that we can send home with them to complete instead? Often, they can ask a relative or friend to help them complete forms for school.
